She recently published the Wall Street Journal bestseller Moments of Impact: How to Design Strategic Conversations that Accelerate Change (2014). Lisa teaches innovation at the Design MBA program (DMBA) at San Francisco’s California College of the Arts, and is a frequent lecturer and keynote speaker at leading business schools such as Stanford University, University of California-Berkeley, Cornell University, and the University of Virginia, as well as industry conferences on innovation and leadership.
